Terms of Service:
Payment via Paypal/Ko-Fi, USD only
Full payment upfront, refunds are equal to the amount of the remaining work. Sketches are NON-refundable.
I can adjust the commission type to the provided budget, in case you don't know what you want to order.
For every piece is nominated 4 free changes. Any changes to art piece more than 4 times and/or in the final stages may come with an accompanying fee.
You need to have basic information upon placing an order: character(s), or main idea. I can help you figure out the details, but I won't do that from scratch. So please, be prepared.
Deadline is up to 6 months. If any changes in the deadline due to any issues appear, the commissioner will be notified before the end of the previously written deadline. You may ask for a shorter deadline, but it may come with an additional fee of up to 5-15% of the total price.
You can ask for WIP screenshots at any given time. Usually, you will receive them automatically when the artwork is past a certain stage and/or needs clarification
When I am done, you will receive a .png file either via e-mail, Discord, or Telegram. I will not provide any .psd .sai .csp or other files.
If you bought my adopt:
After full payment, you will be provided with a .png file of the character
You can redesign/alternate the character as you wish
You may credit me as the author, referring to my Toyhouse//Twitter. But it's not a strict requirement.
You shall not make species based on character appearance unless you contact me and discuss this with me beforehand.
I do not have any rules for my adoptables. Any issues that may arise from handling the character are mostly out of my jurisdiction -- I advise you to be careful.
Intellectual Property Rights
FOR THE ARTIST
✦ Retains intellectual property rights, and ownership, to the commissioned artwork.✦ Reserves the right to post, display, and add to their portfolio. As long it doesn't generate them any extra profit (merch, prints, clothing, etc).✦ If an NDA has been signed, they cannot use the commissioned work to display, add to their portfolio, nor print the artwork without prior authorization from the Client.FOR THE CLIENT
✦ May use the Commissioned Artwork within their Usage Rights.✦ Not allowed to use WIPs of the Commissioned Artwork.✦ Can't claim ownership, nor authorship of the artwork.
Usage Rights
ALL COMMISSIONS
✦ Use of the Commissioned Artwork with any kind of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning image editor, or similar software is strictly prohibited.✦ It's strictly prohibited for The Client to use ANY Commissions to create merchandise for profit.✦ The Client cannot make any edits nor changes to the finished artwork.PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS✦ It's strictly prohibited to use "Personal Use Commissions" for Profit, or Commercial Use.The Client may use "Personal Use Commissions" for:

Prices are listed for personal use artworks only.
If you're looking for something commercial,
it needs to be stated and discussed separately.An extra character is +100% of the original price.
Prices can be subject to negotiation.

Side note:
-Drawing a character from the text description is +30% of the price of the commission
-Withdrawing artwork from public disclosure is +50% of the price of the commission
